COVID-19 UPDATE

A message from the team at DECAPITATED OFFICIAL WEBSTORE


During this extraordinary time, our customers, our staff, and our community are the most important thing and as always, shipping your orders carefully and in a timely manner is our highest priority. 


In response to COVID-19 we are taking the following, necessary measures to ensure the safety and health of all people involving in the store.

We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure all orders are delivered as normal, and that the strictest of hygiene measures and social distancing are taking place in the process. However, as the situation evolves, please allow up to few days/weeks delay due to additional precautionary measure taken by the delivery provider. 

Polish Post has suspended service to a number of countries but we try to update new shipping methods when available. 

At this time, we are seeing a number of delays for international shipments as t he Postal Services transit times may be affected by a limited workforce and a high volume of deliveries.  

As delays carrier processing and transit have recently increased in volume and duration, we are not able to provide delivery estimates at this time. While many orders are arriving in the typical time frame as estimated by the carrier under normal conditions, delays are indiscriminate and should be expected. We will continue to update this article based on current order delivery monitoring.

Tracking for international orders may also be subject to delays at this time. Shipment notifications will indicate that an order has been delivered to the carrier, but tracking updates may not appear immediately. Don’t worry! This does not mean that your order was not shipped or that it has been lost, but rather that it is still awaiting processing by the carrier. Please note that we are not able to provide any more recent updates than the tracking reports. We cannot reship orders or issue refunds for orders still in transit to your delivery address; please notify us if your tracking information reports the shipment Lost or Returned to Sender. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

We will continue to monitor the situation however, if your order experiences a delay we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
